Orra Child Safety Standard Policy
1. Commitment to Child Safety
Orra is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users, including preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit any form of CSAE, CSAM, or any content that promotes or facilitates harm to minors.
2. Proactive Measures & Detection
To ensure compliance with child safety standards, Orra implements the following proactive measures:
-
Age Verification: Users must be 18 years or older to register on Orra. Our system employs AI-based age estimation and verification checks.
-
Content Moderation: We utilize automated and manual content moderation tools to detect, prevent, and remove any CSAE or CSAM content.
-
User Reporting Mechanisms: We provide in-app reporting options and a dedicated email channel for users to report suspicious activities related to child safety.
-
AI-Driven Behavior Monitoring: Our AI system monitors patterns of interaction to detect and flag potential CSAE-related behavior for review.
3. Reporting and Response Procedures
Orra maintains a clear process for reporting and handling CSAE and CSAM cases:
-
User Reporting: Users can report suspicious content or behavior directly through the app or via email at safety@orra.co.
-
Internal Review: All reports are reviewed by a dedicated safety team within 24 hours.
-
Law Enforcement Collaboration: If CSAE or CSAM content is detected, Orra immediately reports the case to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
-
Account Actions: Any user found violating our child safety policies will have their account permanently banned, and their information may be shared with authorities as required by law.
4. Appropriate Action for Addressing CSAM
To address CSAM effectively, Orra follows these protocols:
-
Immediate Removal: Any detected CSAM is promptly removed from the platform.
-
Legal Compliance: We cooperate with legal entities and adhere to applicable laws, including the U.S. PROTECT Act and global child safety regulations.
-
Data Preservation: As required, we preserve data and share it with authorities for investigation.
-
Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any attempt to share, solicit, or produce CSAM results in an immediate ban and legal escalation.
5. Alignment with Global Child Safety Standards
Orra aligns its policies with international frameworks, including:
